The APAMS 2023 Organizing Committee is glad to announce that we are now accepting abstract submissions! The 2023 Annual PAASE Meeting and Symposium (APAMS) will take place June 27-28, 2023 PHT online (June 26-27 EDT) and June 28-30, 2023 EDT, on-site in Orlando, Florida. The theme of APAMS this year is ‘Reimagining the Training of the 21st Century STEAMM* Workforce.’

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION





The APAMS 2023 Organizing Committee continues to welcome abstract submissions.


Please be aware that the deadline for submitting abstracts is extended until April 30, 2023.


Those intending to present at the conference venue or through Zoom should submit their abstracts accordingly. The submission deadline is 11:59 PM EST on April 15, 2023.

PROGRAM





APAMS 2023 will be held in conjunction with the 125th Philippine Independence Day Celebration (PIDC) in the month of June 2023. PAASE is a part of an alliance of Filipino and Filipino American organizations contributing to this celebration. The theme of APAMS 2023 is ‘Reimagining the Training of the 21st Century STEAMM Workforce,’ with virtual and onsite segments.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION



Both in-person and online attendees will have to register prior to participation. PAASE members who have paid their annual dues in CY 2023 or are lifetime members are entitled to 10% discount; registration fees of in-person meeting attendees from the Philippines will be waived.


Travelers from the Philippines and other countries are advised to apply for visas as early as possible when regulations allow travel from your point of origin to the United States. Please let us know if you will need an official invitation to attend the conference in addition to the letter of acceptance of your abstract.
